What is the process of working together?

For working together, you can ask us to quote on a project-to-project basis. Most of our communication will happen by telephone and email. If you're located in Florida we can arrange for a site visit to your location, if required.

We recommend a detailed specifications outline if possible for the project.

Once the scope of the project is well defined, we will provide you a quote for the same.

If you accept our quote, we will start work and keep you updated on progress. We will provide an extranet for you to monitor progress on a regular  basis and also provide us feedback. We will deliver on time, every time.

We require a 50% deposit to start the project. The payments can be made by Bank wire transfer, corporate cheque, PayPal , other methods must have futher approval and credit application.

Where are you located and what is your time zone?

We are located in just north of Orlando in Longwood, Florida. Eastern Standard Time

Do you take-up small jobs?

Yes, we do. No work is too small for us to undertake.

I want a website similar in functionality to one which already exists on the web. How can you help?

Just let us know the URL of the site you like and we will study it and analyze its functionality. Based on this, we will provide you a quote.

Do you work on an hourly basis or provide a fixed price quote?

We can do both. For small jobs, it is usually best to work on an hourly basis. For bigger projects, it is best that we provide you a fixed price quote.

Do you develop on Windows or Linux servers?

Both.  We have the talent and skills for programming on both platforms.

Who owns the copyright on my website?

Yes, if you’ve commissioned us to design and develop a custom web site and once payment has been made in full, your business owns the copyright.

NO, if you have chosen to use one of our pre-designed templates you MAY NOT Resell or redistribute templates (like we do). You MAY NOT claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All web site template products are property of content providing companies and individuals.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. You MAY NOT make more than one website project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design). You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from ITS Alliances, Inc. or companies or individuals copyright holders.

What is the design turnaround time?

Turnaround time is based the service provided; custom design, web based design or template design and custom e-commerce site design, depending on your package and complexity of your requirements, the schedules of our designers, and the turnaround rate at which we receive feedback from you.

Your design coordinator will provide an accurate start and completion date for your project upon receipt of all documents.

Will I be able to use my logo online?

Yes, assuming that you have provided us with the correct file formats suitable for online use. File formats may include .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .eps and .tif files.  If you require that we create a logo for you please ask.

Can I speak with my designer on the telephone?

Yes, most certainly! You will receive a design consultation and one-on-one interaction with your designer for web design and custom e-commerce design projects. You can call anytime to get information about your web design or other products and services we offer.  Our hours of operations are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST via toll free number 800-605-3802. In addition, we can communicate with you via email and Instant Messaging (Windows Messenger).

How will I receive my website source code?

For custom design projects upon project completion your design files will be sent to you via email attachment in a ZIP file or placed online by uploading to your host server via FTP into a designated file folder.

This is my first internet presence and design project. What should I consider?

Text content is “King” but keep it simple is recommended unless you have specific requirements. Understand your market. How do you want your company to be perceived? Young and energetic? Dependable? Innovative? Speak your mind! If you have a design style in mind, make it known!

Send us samples of designs you've seen online that you like and or review our web templates for ideas and or purchase.

Can I use as many colors as I want in my Design?

You can use as many as you wish. We recommend a maximum of 4 colors in order to give the site a professional look and feel.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check with approved terms/agreement, Paypal/Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Wire Transfers.

Do you work with Macromedia Flash™ ?

Yes. We offer all forms of Flash services. Ask your design coordinator about our Flash services.

Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?

Yes.

What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a monthly, quarterly or annual fee that you pay to have your web site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients on Windows or Linux servers.

What is site maintenance?

If your site was NOT designed with a back-end administrator content management system we provide web site maintenance services. Site maintenance is to keep your site updated with new content that you provide (edit/add/move/delete). Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.  We offer a pre-paid fee structure or paid monthly for time/materials efforts.
 
Do you offer any type of discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.

That would depend on the goals of your web site. If you run a business website you would include as much information about your products or services that your customers would need to purchase from you.
